She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Kolodziejczak; her parents, Dorothy Reid and Paul Reid; and her siblings, Tom Reid (Joan), Lorraine Gooding (Ward) and Cheryl Fencyl.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Turek (Norman), Joseph Kolodziejczak, Suzanna Lynch (late Michael), Velma Kolpacki (Gregory) and Dottie Beres; her grandchildren, Jessica Kempiak (Gary), Kristen Kolodziejczak (Brian), Melissa Cavenaile (Paul), Joseph Kolodziejczak (Kelly), Michael Lynch (Catriona), Ashlie Martin (Jason), Sabrina Rakas (Greg), Gregory Kolpacki, Alex Koplacki (Allie), Loren Beres and Bianka Beres; her great grandchildren, Lily, Garrett, Noah, Cooper, Ethan, Olivia, Abigail, Philip, Theo, Michael, Jack, Claire, Luke, Kendall, Gracie, Levi, Roman and Marlowe; her great great grandchild Lyla; and her sisters, Carol Kaminski (late Rich) and Sandra Scelfo (Frank). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is LIMITED TO ONLY 25 PEOPLE OR LESS AT ANYTIME, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
