She is survived by: her spouse Jan Klimek; her daughters, Anita Klimek and Emilia Klimek; her mother Maria Przybek; and her siblings, Iwona Dziedzielowski (Leslaw) and Beata Kwapien (late Slawomir). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
