She is survived by: her children, Krystyna Chlebek (late Stanley) and Stanislaw Szuba (Stanislawa); her grandchildren, Bartlomiej Szuba, Michael Szuba, Daniel Szuba, Amanda O'Sullivan (Shane), Renee Chlebek, Matthew Chlebek, Krzysztof Szuba (Basia), Anna Szuba, Piotr Szuba and Pawel Szuba; her great grandchildren, John, James, Zofia and Victoria; and her siblings, Stanislaw Zaborski (Anna), Zofia Jarzabek (late Wladysaw), Kazimierz Zaborski (Maria), Maria Gonciarczyk (late Cyprian) and Tadeusz Zaborski (Jozefa). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
