Anna Kozub Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Kozub (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan Kozub; her parents, Stefania Byrdak and Boleslaw Byrdak; and her siblings, Wladyslawa Ludzia, Janina Rabianska and Tadeusz "Ted" Byrdak.
She is survived by: her children, Lucyna Pierwola (Marek), Danuta Gorecki (Wladyslaw), Jozefa Krozel (Andrzej) and Beata Magiera (Jaroslaw); and her siblings, Maria Luberda and Krystyna Pawlica. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at any time, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
