She is survived by: her children, Bernice Zielinski (Jan), Andrew Koltas (Sonia) and John Koltas (Joanna); her grandchildren, Darrick Koltas, Matthew Zielinski, Jessica Koltas, Natalia Zielinski, Roxanne Koltas, Cassandra Koltas, Carl Koltas and Arianna Koltas; and her siblings, Stanislaw Klejka (late Maria), Andrzej Klejka (Zofia), Jozef Klejka (Aleksandra), Jan Skupien (Maria), Jan Szwab (Agnieszka), Stanislaw Krupa (Bronislawa) and Wojciech Klejka (Helena). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
