She is survived by: her children, Malgorzata Bielanski (Jozef), Adam Kwak (Agnieszka), Piotr Kwak (Barbara) and Pawel Kwak; and her grandchildren, Agnieszka, Mateusz, Jakub, Dawid, Dominik and Gabrysia. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
