She was predeceased by: her spouse Teofil Cikowski; her son Stanislaw Cikowski (Krystyna); her parents, Maria Klimowski and Stanislaw Klimowski; and her siblings, Jan Juchas, Stanislaw Klimowski, Franciszka Szaflarska and Aleksandra Budziaszek.
She is survived by: her children, Tadeusz Cikowski (Grazyna), Joe Cikowski (Ann), Maria Bryja (Andrzej), John Cikowski (late Janina), Frances Gil (Mark) and Casey Cikowski (Angely); her grandchildren, Agnieszka, Mirek, Chris, Luke, Daniel, Alicia, Emily, David, Matthew, Kathy, Michael, Peter, Izabella, Natalie and Jessica; and her sister Maria Jakubczak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
