She is survived by: her child Czeslaw Budz; her grandchildren, Stacey Bonkowski (Joseph), Bozena Slimak (Jozef), Anna Chmielewski (Krzystof) and Thomas Budz (Makrina Nolan); and her great grandchildren, Viviana Bonkowski, Joseph Bonkowski, Jessica Chmielewski, Konrad Chmielewski, Patryk Slimak and Sylvia Slimak. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
