He is survived by: his children, Ewa Opiola (Pawel) and Wioletta Zalewski (Wojciech); his grandchildren, Damian, Matthew, Nicholas, Kamil and Nicole; and his siblings, Marek Wach (Krystyna) and Jadwiga Wisniewski (Wladyslaw). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
