He was predeceased by: his father Bronislaw Mucha. He is survived by: his spouse Marcela Petrasova; his children, Rafal Mucha and Maximilian Mucha; his mother Helena Mucha; and his siblings, Anna Nemec (Vladimir), Piotr Mucha, Pawel Mucha, Katarzyna Smycz (Thaddeus), Stanislaw Mucha (Beata), Agnieszka Floryn (Tadeusz) and Maria Dwornicki (Jaroslaw). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at any time, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
