He is survived by: his wife Zofia Gewont; his children, Krzysztof Gewont (Malgorzata), Halina Zapotoczny (Wieslaw), Stanislaw Gewont (Agnieszka), Jan Gewont (Joanna) and Renata Swiostek (Michal); his grandchildren, Krzysztof Jr., Artur, Majka, Honorata, Sebastian, Oliwia, Stanislaw Jr., Ania, Nadia and Lily; and his siblings, Jozef Gewont and Janina Kulach (Andrzej). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
