He was predeceased by: his son Thaddeus Basiorka; and his parents, Albina Basiorka and Ignacy Basiorka. He is survived by: his spouse Agnieszka "Agnes"; his sons, John Basiorka (Theresa) and Joseph Basiorka (Mary); his grandchildren, Ryan Basiorka (Aleksa), Derek Basiorka (Carisa), Eric Basiorka (Samantha), Ashley Skorusa (Chris), Olivia Koerner (Kevin), Alexander Basiorka, Jonathan Basiorka, Lillian Rose Basiorka and Andrew Basiorka; his great grandchildren, Elliana Basiorka and Milana Skorusa; and his siblings, Zofia Zloza (Wladyslaw), Wladyslaw Basiorka (late Anna), Jan Basiorka (late Anna), Agnieszka Mulica (Wladyslaw), Stanislaw Basiorka (Maria) and Jozef "Joseph" Basiorka (Genny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
