She was predeceased by: her father Donald Gonsiorek; and her uncle Michael Gonsiorek (Teresa). She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Jepsen (Colin); her grandson Jack Jepsen; her mother Maryann Gonsiorek; her cousins, Maria Casanova (Benny), Michelle Gonsiorek (Jerry), Melissa Sands (Marc) and Michael Gonsiorek (Tim); and her friend Kris Magana. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
