She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan Szczechula; her daughters, Maria Zloza (late Andrzej) and Zofia Zawadzka; and her parents, Agata Maryniarczyk and Wladyslaw Maryniarczyk.

She is survived by: her son Walter Szczechula; her grandsons, John Zloza (Renata) and Albert Zloza; her great grandchildren, Jacqueline, Bella, Jacob, Adela and Maximilian; and her great great grandchild Hunter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
