She is survived by: her spouse Janusz Gorz; her children, Emilia Gorz and David Gorz; her parents, Genowefa Czubak and Ryszard Czubak; and her siblings, Katarzyna Szydlowski (Piotr), Malgorzata Kolodziejski (Piotr), Dominik Czubak and Szymon Czubak. She is also survived by numerous relatives and many friends.
