He is survived by: his children, Pamela Rider (David) of Aransas Pass and Tim Howard (Tracy) of Junction; his siblings, Rebecca Ann Redeman of Fountain Hills, AZ, Mary Jane Gross (Henry) of Marion, IL, Dave Howard (Joann) of Dayton, OH and Jerry Howard (Helen) of Junction, IL; his grandson Justin Rider of Aransas Pass, Texas; and his siblings, Samuel Howard of Junction and Sophie Howard of Junction.
