She was predeceased by: her parents, David Allen Elliott and Edna A. Elliott (Beasley); her husband Noel Dallas Kinney; her siblings, Edna Farnsworth, Deanna Baker and Dave Elliot; and her niece Debbie Hamburg.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Kinney (Cassy) of Junction City, Beth Loyd (Donnie) of Centralia and Amy Albert (Josh) of Alma; her grandchildren, Johnathon Stinde, John Kinney (Cherekee), Jordyn Kinney, Caleb Loyd, Dylan Loyd, Anthony Kinney, Nick Loyd, Dalton Berning, Reece Boyd, Chloe Boyd, Maddilyn Albert and Hayden Albert; her great grandchildren, Railyn Stinde of Johnathon Stinde, II, Nevaeh Kinney and Noel Dallas Kinney II; her siblings, Duane Elliott (Becky), Daphine Draege (Mike) and Debbie Hickman (Doug); and her sister-in-law Shirley Elliott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
