It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Patrick McGuire of Junction, Illinois, born in Ridgway, Illinois, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGuire and Louise McGuire (Munstermann); and his sister Mary Ann Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Sharon C. Naas; his daughters, Dana Scott (Deon) of Junction, Lori Payne (Steven) of Ina and Jennifer McGuire of Junction; his grandchildren, James Scott, Alex Scott, Jonathan Payne (Destinee), Ryan Payne (Olivia), Danielle Doss (River), John Lowe, Dustin Lowe, Tyler Lowe and Patrick Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Reece Crane, Kaitlynn Lowe and Ruth Payne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
