He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Harvey and Ada Harvey (Piercy); his siblings, Fred Harvey, Marge Morgan, Faye Johnson, Nellie Houghland and Corey Phelps; and his sons, Russell Norman Harvey and John H. Harvey Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Harvey; his daughter Marketa Scott (Lamarr) of Santa Fe, Texas; his daughter-in-law Rose Harvey of Salem; his stepchildren, Carolyn Corrie (Clifford) of Odin, Marsha Mulligan of New York and John Nelson (Tanya) of Salem; and his loyal yorkie Buffy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
