He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Balmer and Fern Riddell Balmer; his former wife Carolyn Davis; his wife Bev; and his grandson David Morford.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Bryant (Monty) of Hico, TX, Randy Morford (Brenda) of Aledo, IL, Tim Morford (Alycia) of Hillsboro, IL and Tab Balmer Jr. (Myah) of Aledo, IL; and his sisters, Sandra Douglas (Guy "Buzz") of New Boston and Patty Gordon (Bob) of Rock Island. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
