We bid farewell to Steven C. McGuire of Joy, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 15, 2024 at the age of 67. Steven touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. McGuire and Carolyn McGuire (Kline); his wife Kathleen Yaw; his son Dan McGuire of Bryan, Ohio; his stepsons, Doug Lamkin (Holly) of Aledo and Nathan Lamkin (Mikayla Cummings) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Jaxon McGuire, Sydney, Cooper and Harper Lamkin; and his siblings, Phillip McGuire of Omaha, NE and Nadine Coulter (Todd) of Aledo.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mercer County VFW.
