He was predeceased by: his father Frank A. Smith; and his siblings, Silas Smith, Paul Smith and Karen Dover. He is survived by: his mother Henrietta Smith (Rainbolt); his close friend Karen Alsip; his children, Nickie Furhop (Brandon), Jamie Dukes (Johnny Reb), Jayme Karracker, Troy Smith, Shane Smith and TJ Smith; and his brother Mike Rainbolt. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Crain Funeral Home.
