Michael Wayne Morgan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Wayne Morgan of Jonesboro, Illinois, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Luella Marie Morgan (Kelley); and his nephew Duane Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Karen Morgan; his stepdaughter Tonya Kendall (Chris); his grandsons, Caleb and Ethan Kendall; his siblings, Randy Morgan (Mary), Paula Morgan and Van Morgan (Beth); his nieces and nephews, Danielle Smithey (Brandon), Andrew Parr (Jordan), Shelley Morgan, Jenifer Eddleman (Jamie), Miranda Wright (Brett) and Katy Williams (Garret); and his great-nephews, Reed, Clay and Axton. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home (301 W Spring St, Anna, IL 62906). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Jonesboro Cemetery.
