She was predeceased by: her husband George "Buster" Carter; her parent Lena Crippen Palmer; and her brother Jerry Stoner. She is survived by: her children, Danny R. Carter (Mary R.) of Karnak, Larry W. Carter (Lavera I.) of Anna, Billy R. Carter (Luci E.) of Jonesboro, David C. Carter (Suzanne) of Jonesboro and Cindi A. Bond (Earl L.) of Anna. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
