He is survived by: his sons, Brian Whitehead of Cobden and Alan Whitehead of St. Louis, MO; and his siblings, Tom Whitehead (Marilyn) of Anna and Sally Casey of Dongola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
