She was predeceased by: her parents, Benefield Mallette and Anna Mallette (Culp); her husband Herman "Shady" Walter; and her aunts, Flossie Hess and Marie Everingham.
She is survived by: her son Larry Walter (Debra) of Anna; and her niece Denise Stallings (Ronnie) of Metropolis. She is also survived by other relatives and special friends.
