He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Norma Glee Freeman (Murray); his granddaughter Echo Blue Newman; and his brother Ronald Joe Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Jo Freeman; his daughters, Beth Davis (Sam) of Tamms, IL, Heather Thorn (James) of Makanda, IL and Stephanie Mayberry (Timothy) of Jonesboro, IL; his grandchildren, Rachel Kaufman, Jet Newman, Abbi Thorn, Easton Kaufman, Alana Mayberry, Chloe Mayberry, Halle Mayberry, Hailey Mayberry and Jaxon Thorn; his siblings, Brenda Freeman of Italy, TX, Toni Benner (Craig) of Oklahoma, Marilyn Bradley (Jeff) of Oklahoma, Sharon Flores (Nicky) of Waxahachie, TX and Larry Dean Freeman of Italy, TX; and his sister-in-law Jane Austin (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Crain Funeral Home - Anna (135 W Vienna St, Anna, IL 62906). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
