He was predeceased by: his father William Lawler Sr. (Catherine); his siblings, Danny Lawler (Dolores), Robert Lawler and Diane Lawler; and his grandchildren, Alex Murphy and Lauren Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Lawler; his children, Michael Murphy, Sherry Cooksey (Benny), Caren Klein (Dan), Nina Lawler and Robert Lawler (Cynthia); his grandsons, Justin Sweda and Royce Murphy; and his nephew Patrick Lawler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
