With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sylvia Bell of Joliet, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sylvia left this world on November 27, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary DiMonte (Bucciarelli) and Ralph DiMonte; her husband Thomas J. Bell; her in-laws, Thomas and Angela Bell; her sister Vera Ciccotelli (late Ralph); her sister-in-law Alice Scheffler (late Gerald); and her nephews, Kevin Calabrese and Dr. John Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Bell (Denise), Michelle Mallon (Bob) and Nicole Ziesmer (Max); her grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel Bell, Luke and Emerson Ziesmer; her sister Ann Bates (Jack); and her in-laws, Phyllis Popek (late Bob), Janice Bell, Patty Calabrese (Pete) and Tim Bell (Ann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431).
