She is survived by: her children, Amy Tezak, Sarah Tezak and Christopher Tezak (Stephanie Schuster); her grandson Alexander "Sasha" Rodrigue; her brother John "Jay" Valek; her half-sister Beth Ann DiBartolomeo (Anthony); her stepmother Loretta Valek; her niece Kylie Bruggeman; and her nephew Joshua Bruggeman.
