She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Majetich; her parents, Frank Costa and Lena Costa (Tamburello) of Joliet; and her siblings, Dora, Jasper, Josephine, Marie and Genevieve.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon R. Majetich of Littleton and Sandy Majetich-Toth (Michael Molinari) of Shorewood, Illinois.; her granddaughter Kristen (Alex); her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Matthew; and her sister Rosalie Jandura. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
