He is survived by: his fiancée Amanda Nicholson; his mother Theresa Casarez (Tony); and his siblings, Phillip Matthews (Jill Hischier), Tony Matthews (Linda), Christopher Matthews (Kim), Mark Matthews, Johnette Terrell (Ron) and Debbie Minnick (Heather). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
