She is survived by: her husband Phoukhaokham Ngonekeo; her children, Sanita Ngonekeo (Richard), Jina Goudeau (Steve), Peter Ngonekeo, Mary Meszaros, Robert Ngonekeo and Walter Pena; her grandchildren, Richie (Courtney), Mai (Mitchie), Andrea (Ruben), Mark, Alex and Nate; and her great grandchild Andres.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tezak Funeral Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
