She was predeceased by: her daughter Ronnell F. Tafoya; her granddaughter Isabel Tafoya; and her brother Ronald Baker. She is survived by: her husband Luis D. Tafoya; her children, Ronnette L. Tafoya, Louie Tafoya and Dominic Tafoya (Sarah); her grandchildren, Miranda Tafoya, Olivia Tafoya, Dominic Tafoya Jr., Benedict Tafoya and Lucy Tafoya; her great grandchildren, Alexavier and Noah; and her friends, Nancy and Winnie. She is also survived by caregiver to her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Farkas Funeral Home (3201 W Jefferson St, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Ambrose Church (1711 Burry Cir Dr, Crest Hill, IL 60403).
