Richard W. Serdar Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2025, at the age of 90, Richard W. Serdar (Joliet, Illinois) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard W. Serdar to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Serdar and Lucy Serdar; and his siblings, Stephen, Michael, Daniel, John Serdar (Evelyn), Mary Edwards and Edward Serdar.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Serdar; his children, Mary Serdar, Richard, Stephen Serdar (Janet) and Daniel Serdar (Julie); his grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Matthew, Mark, Anne and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Delaney and Henry; and his sister-in-law Nancy Serdar.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary Nativity Catholic Church (706 N Broadway St, Joliet, IL 60435). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Saint Mary Nativity Cemetery (601 Caton Farm Rd, Lockport, IL 60441).
