He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Todd and Berneice Dirst (Bill); his brother Larry Todd; his stepbrothers, Dick and Fred Dirst; his parents-in-law, Fred and Martha Mufich; and his brother-in-law Gary Hadaway.
He is survived by: his wife Betty St. Ange; his daughter Angie King (Bill); his granddaughters, Amber and Cheyenne King; his sister Judy Hadaway; and his stepbrother Gordon Dirst (Gan Hui). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Richard's name to either the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriner's Children's would be appreciated.
