He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Landrey and Leona Landrey; his former wife Barbara Jean Hoy Landrey; his son George Eugene Landrey; and his siblings, Leonard, Merle, Armell, Charles Landrey and Marcella Nielsen.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Mandella; his children, Kathleen T. Bruno (Steve), Richard F. Landrey, Jr. (Sandy), Judy Landrey, Rami Wells (Michael) and Jack E. Landrey (Tina); his brothers, Wayne Landrey (Bev) and Roland Landrey (Judy); and his sister-in-law Beverly Coveny. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Apostles Catholic Church (18 Woodlawn Ave, Joliet, IL 60435).
