He was predeceased by: his father Percy Dukes Sr.; his wife Debra Dukes; and his daughter Tamika Dukes. He is survived by: his mother Mary B. Henderson; his sons, Mario Adams and Percy Dukes III; and his siblings, Rosalind Jenkins, Tammy Chandler-Jones and David Chandler. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Minor-Morris Funeral Home, Ltd. (112 Richards St, Joliet, IL 60433). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
