He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Duffy and Elizabeth Duffy; and his brothers, Daniel G. and William J. Duffy. He is survived by: his children, Robert O'Hara (Deborah), Bernard J. Duffy and Jennifer L. Duffy; his sister Theresa A. Duffy; and his close friends, Mike Literski and Sid Camacho. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (416 N Chicago St, Joliet, IL 60432). A committal service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
