He was predeceased by: his parents, Moisés Maldonado Arteaga and Emelia Pérez Luna; his siblings, Jaime and Teresa; and his granddaughter Amber Diaz.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sister Emelia; his children, Mariana (Humberto Salinas), Diana (Pete Micks), Erika Diaz (Rich) and Eduardo (Claudia); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alyssa, Emy, Jonah and Hunter; and his pets, Oreo and Chapita.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
