She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph McCanna and Mary McCanna; her husband James Gannon; her siblings, Leonard (Fran), Joseph, Jr. McCanna (Marilyn) and Rose Singletary (John); and her brother-in-law Edward "Tiger" Kirincich.

She is survived by : her son Terry Gannon (Lisa); her grandchildren, Maddie Gannon and Jake Gannon; and her brother William McCanna (late Kathleen).

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus (604 N Raynor Ave, Joliet, IL 60435).
