He was predeceased by: his grandson Marcos Figueroa; his parents, Ewin Highbaugh and Josephine Highbaugh (Decker); and his sister Candy Adams. He is survived by: his wife Caroline "Lacy" Highbaugh (Cotner); his children, Sherry Carson, Kathy Kane (Chris), Athena Webb (Preston) and Louie Highbaugh Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Highbaugh (Darlene) and Linda Law (Bill). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
