She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Eugene McCormick and Anita Jane McCormick (Donovan); her former husband Raymond James Mackey; and her brothers, Bradley F, Jeffrey T. and Jon D. McCormick.
She is survived by: her husband Dale T. Evans; and her in-laws, Alfred N., Teresa J. Evans, David and Susie Evans. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, numerous friends.
