She is survived by: her siblings, Bishop Leonard James (Linda), Joyce Brown (Maurice), Diane Ellis and Patsy Martin (Otis); her husband L. C. Thompson Jr.; her sons, Anthony (Kolanda), Mel, Aaron (Bia) and Greg (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Danurris, Tujuana, Anthony Jr., Tony, Sumiyah, Tevin, Raquel and Isaiah; and her great grandchildren, TaLiyah and TJ. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
