He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Czajkowski and Lucille Czajkowski; his in-laws, John and Shirley Tyeptanar; and his brother-in-law Steve Tyeptanar (Pat).
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob (Janis) and Mary Wells (Bob); and his pet Payton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Home & Heartland Cremation Services (21131 W Renwick Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
