He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth White and Phyllis White. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth (Peggy) and Kevin White (Beverly); his nephews, Christopher White and Colin White; his niece Julie Furry (Mark); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor White, Tristan White, Nikki White, Emily Furry and Kenneth Furry; and his friends, Barbara Eberhard and Linda Tuntland.

In lieu of flowers memorials to Lightways Hospice (lightways.org) will be appreciated.
