He is survived by: his wife Socorro Castillo; his sister Rita Sanchez (Castillo); his children, Raquel Diaz Deleon, Jessica Haywood (Joshua Haywood), Anthony Castillo and Socorro Castillo (Angelica); and his sister-in-law Juanita Castillo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Delgado Funeral Chapel (400 Landau Ave, Joliet, IL 60432).
