He is survived by: his wife Raquel Ochoa (Cantu); his children, Camila and Santiago; his parents, Hernando Ochoa and Maria Ochoa; his sisters, Yolanda Muñoz (Matthew Sr.), Meajean Ochoa and Esmeralda Ochoa; and his nieces and nephews, Anessa, Malena, Matthew Jr., Julian, Esteban and Elias.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (710 W Marion St, Joliet, IL 60436). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (1320 E Cass St, Joliet, IL 60432).
