He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dezelan and Frances Dezelan. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Gergovich; his children, Leigh Dezelan, Jeff Dezelan, Amber Franzen (Mark) and Melinda Parent (Christopher); his grandchildren, Eden and Ian Dezelan; his sister Mary Fran Wirth (Bob); his niece Susan Anderson (Garrett); and his friend Edith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
