It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Lindy (Joliet, Illinois), who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Melanie Lindy (Morrissette); his parent Allison; his sibling Erin Lindy; his grandparents, Beverly, John Scott, Mikki, Jon Sadowski, Robert and Donna Lanzi; his godparent Andrea Lanzi; and his children, Rambo and Shadow.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:15 PM at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home (1500 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sonntag Funeral Home (1500 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
In lieu of flowers the family request small potted plants as an ongoing memory of Jacob.
